What stays in your browser

Images uploaded into the design editor are processed in your browser for editing, PNG previews and STL generation. Draft projects are stored locally in your browser, including any images you save with them. Clearing site storage may erase those local drafts.

What is saved to your account

If you register, Netlify Identity manages your account information and sign-in. We use an account identifier and email address to associate your purchased credits and models. When you spend a credit to save a completed STL, that STL is uploaded to Netlify Blobs and linked to your account in Netlify Database so you can re-download the same file later. We store transaction history, filename, preset, quality, file size and integrity hash.

Your original source photos are not separately uploaded by the editor for processing, but they can be represented in the finished STL you choose to store.

Payments

Credit-pack checkout is handled on Stripe's hosted pages. LithoBulb receives payment confirmations and references needed to credit the correct account; we do not store card details. Our server verifies the payment before adding credits.

Referral rewards and customer support

When you follow a personal referral link, we set a signed, limited-duration first-party attribution cookie. If you create a new account and confirm your email, we may store your account ID and normalized email, the referring account, reward status and reward date to award three complimentary download credits and prevent duplicate claims. Referral attribution may also be retained in your signup profile so email confirmation on another device can be recognized. Automatic rewards above the daily review threshold are held for owner review. We do not receive proof that a social-network share was posted, and opening a share window does not earn credits.

The site owner can search registered accounts by email and manually add complimentary credits to resolve service issues. We keep an audit record of the recipient, amount, reason, owner account ID and time of each grant.

Hosting, cookies, and website services

Netlify hosts the site and its identity, database and file-storage services. Account sessions and project preferences use browser storage or cookies. If advertising or consent services are enabled on the site, those providers may process ordinary browsing data under their respective policies and applicable consent choices.

Access and deletion requests

Purchased STLs remain available in your account for re-download while the service and your account remain active. To ask about account data, access or deletion, use Contact. We may need to retain limited transaction information for legal and accounting purposes.

Security

Payment signing keys stay in Netlify server environment variables. Downloads are checked against the authenticated account, and the public site does not expose private model files as static URLs. No Internet service can guarantee perfect security.
